Terms of service

Effective September 29, 2026. These terms are between you and Intellias Inc ("we"), which operates SocialCollab.

Using SocialCollab

You may use SocialCollab to plan, review and publish social media content for businesses you're authorized to represent. You're responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in secure, and for what your team does in your workspace.

Connected accounts

Only connect Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, TikTok accounts, YouTube channels, LinkedIn Pages and LinkedIn profiles you manage or are authorized to connect. When you connect one, you authorize us to publish the posts your team schedules to it, and to check that the connection still works. You also agree to the platform's own terms: Meta's Terms and Platform Terms, Instagram's Terms of Use, TikTok's Terms of Service, the YouTube Terms of Service (SocialCollab uses YouTube API Services) and LinkedIn's User Agreement. When posting to TikTok you agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation and, for branded content, TikTok's Branded Content Policy.

Ads (Promote)

If your company uses Promote, we create, change, pause and end ads in the ad account you choose (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok or Google Ads), on your company's behalf and only as your team requests and a company owner approves. Ads are billed by the network to that ad account under your agreement with it (and, for Google Ads, the Google Ads Terms); SocialCollab doesn't charge for ad spend or handle payment details. Your company is responsible for the budgets it approves, for the ads' content and targeting, and for following Meta's Advertising Standards, including declaring housing, employment and credit ads. Meta reviews every ad and may reject or limit it. Results shown in SocialCollab come from Meta and can differ slightly from Ads Manager.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to store, process (for example, to optimize videos or mix audio at your request) and transmit it to the networks you choose, only to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and publish, including music. Networks may mute, limit or remove content that uses copyrighted material.

Acceptable use

Don't use SocialCollab for spam, deceptive or illegal content, to infringe others' rights, to get around the networks' rules or limits, or to try to access other workspaces or break the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep SocialCollab running, but it's provided "as is". Scheduled posts depend on the networks' APIs and can be delayed or fail; check the post page for results. We may change or discontinue features, and we'll tell you in advance about changes that materially affect you.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content published at your team's direction. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using SocialCollab at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the privacy policy). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
